Fred Pare, MBA, Founder

With over 25 years of experience in the corporate world, including a distinguished career with Fairmont Hotels and Resorts, where I served as Director of Finance, Director of Operations, and General Manager interim across six different city hotels and resorts, such as Fairmont Chicago and Fairmont Frontenac, I have honed my expertise in both day-to-day operations and strategic planning, including managing large renovation projects.

My career journey also includes a significant leadership role in the healthcare sector as Vice President of Operations, where I oversaw, led, and managed senior living centers across multiple states. These diverse experiences have equipped me with a deep understanding of financial management, operational excellence, and strategic growth.

Proudly holding an MBA, I have channeled my corporate expertise into helping small to medium-sized business owners over the past three years. My mission is to empower entrepreneurs by helping them organize and understand their finances, make informed decisions, and ultimately grow their businesses. By focusing on improving cash flow today and building a business that will command top value in the future, I enable business owners to spend their time where it's needed most: with their customers and employees.

I work with a wide range of industries, including security agencies, medical practices, e-commerce, insurance, creative sectors, trades, and manufacturing, providing tailored financial guidance that drives success.
